This is an author's project on one floor of three levels, the purpose of which is to adapt the structure to the terrain, thereby providing views of the sea from any point. The house consists of two wings a clearly identified, which determine the daytime and night areas.  The lobby is distinguished by a large glass window that visually combines with the outside space and the sea. The left wing is designed for daytime activities.  The center is a large living room that elegantly combines parquet floors with walls covered in natural and white tones. Next to the living room is a spacious and bright kitchen, with lacquered furniture, where the Central island stands out with a glass-ceramic stove and a pull-out counter that serves as a table.  The kitchen has access to a veranda with upholstered furniture, which in turn has access to the terrace, pool and barbecue.  It is the most important part of housing, as it surrounds the entire house, thus allowing you to get out of any room of the house to fresh air.  The widest part of the terrace is adjacent to the kitchen and living room, where the intense blue pool stands out, strategically located so that you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.  The outdoor terrace is completed by a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of the Mediterranean climate. Returning to the house, we focus on the right wing, intended for recreation, the area is divided into two levels, communicating with each other by easy stairs.  The first level has a spacious living room, the decor of which follows the same concept as the main hall, and is connected to the master bedroom. The master bedroom consists of three main parts: a bedroom with access to the terrace, a bathroom with a large Jacuzzi and a dressing room.  The second level has three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, two of them with direct access to the terrace with beautiful sea views. The touches of natural stone and hardwood floors add beauty, elegance and warmth of this personalized home.  Patios, large Windows, landscaped gardens with wide terraces and stone walls, a fusion of styles that make this home a unique gem. ----------------------------- Cumbre del Sol, Spain, is located on the very coast of the Mediterranean sea between the cities of Moraira and Javea. The urbanisation area belongs to the municipality of Poble Nou de Benitachell, whose center is the city of Benitachell. It offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea. There are also Golf courses, developed infrastructure, picturesque nature, and a nature reserve that is protected by the state. The local beaches are perfect for diving enthusiasts, as the water is infinitely clear.
