The house is located at the foothills in a cottage village.   360-degree panoramic sea and mountain views.  Valencia airport is 1 hour away by car, and Alicante airport is 30 minutes away by car.  Three-level swimming pool, Playground, recreation area.  Close to all the city's infrastructure.  There is no city fuss.  The village is residential all year round.  Benidorm is the city with the softest and warmest place in Spain, it is well known. Ground floor (with Windows) - equipped living room (saves coolness in the heat) with furniture and TV The first floor has two bedrooms , two separate bathrooms, a kitchen and a hall with a Studio with access to a covered spacious veranda.  All rooms are furnished and there are all necessary appliances. Water, gas, electricity and Sewerage are all Central. 3 air conditioners are installed. Third level - go up the stairs to the top of the house. Here the roof of the house is made in the form of an open area with a gazebo, its own shower and TV.  The view of the surrounding area is just cool. Benidorm is a city of skyscrapers, numerous high-rise hotels, restaurants, discos and all kinds of entertainment for tourists from all over the world. The eight tallest skyscrapers in Spain are located in Benidorm. The city of Benidorm is divided into old and new parts. The historical part of the city is represented by traditional Spanish narrow streets with houses from the 17th and 19th centuries. The new, modern part of Benidorm is built up with high-rise buildings and skyscrapers with shopping centers and supermarkets. Here is a real Paradise for lovers of shopping and gastronomic entertainment: numerous restaurants and cafes are adjacent to shops and souvenir shops. The nightlife of Benidorm attracts tourists from all over the Costa Blanca with its unique discos, colorful and exciting shows in Nightclubs, noisy bars and other entertainment venues.
